Ricardo Rios

Ricardo Rios graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy In 2014. He is a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Ricardo assists individuals, couples, and families with a variety of life's challenges, including relationship issues, mood disorders, and trauma-related problems. Ricardo's approach to therapy involves a non-judgemental exploration of past and present life experiences and how they relate to current difficulties.  Ricardo uses an active and engaged stance to aid clients in finding a resolution to their struggles and challenges, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Radical Acceptance. Ricardo is registered with the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists & Clinical Professional Counselors as a Primary and Secondary Supervisor for CPC and MFT Interns.

Brittni Mooney

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

Clinical Supervisor 

Brittni Mooney was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she earned her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2014. She provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families, offering a warm, non-judgmental environment that supports meaningful self-exploration and personal growth.
 
Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Systemic Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, Brittni works collaboratively with clients to deepen insight into how early attachment experiences, family-of-origin dynamics, and relational systems shape present-day emotional patterns and challenges. She believes that by understanding the origins of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, particularly those rooted in early attachment experiences, clients can begin to shift longstanding patterns and move toward healthier, more intentional ways of relating.
 
Specializing in trauma, shame, attachment injuries, betrayal, and relational distress, Brittni helps couples identify and interrupt negative interaction cycles while strengthening emotional bonds. Through an attachment-focused lens and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, she guides partners in repairing communication breakdowns, rebuilding trust after infidelity, and restoring a secure relational foundation.
 
With individuals and families, Brittni integrates psychodynamic exploration with systemic understanding and narrative re-authoring practices. She supports clients in making sense of their internal world, understanding how relational systems influence identity, and reclaiming agency over their personal stories. Her approach emphasizes insight, emotional processing, and connection, empowering clients to create meaningful, sustainable change and cultivate more secure, fulfilling relationships.
 
Brittni is a registered Primary and Secondary Supervisor with the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors, providing supervision for both MFT and CPC interns. She is also an AAMFT Supervisor Candidate.

Katherine Williams

 Licensed Clinical Social Worker 

Katherine’s goal when working with any client is to assist them in learning more about themselves in a safe, supportive environment. She received a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Ursinus College in 2014. After working in the psychology research, childhood development, and medical fields, Katherine received her Master’s in Social Work from Widener University in 2021. Katherine’s main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which allows clients to learn about the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions. She also uses components from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Music Therapy, and more as she tailors therapy to each client’s specific needs. Children, adolescents, and adults are all welcome to work with Katherine to achieve their mental health goals. Her experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as her focus on clients’ basic needs and self-care, combine to help clients make positive changes in their lives.

Judith Neuenkirch

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Judith Neuenkirch is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. Judith completed her Masters of Social Work Degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2015. During her last year of graduate school, she studied eating disorders to combine the knowledge from both her disciplines.
Judith is warm and compassionate and believes that her many life experiences make her a more understanding and empathetic therapist. While working at an in-patient psychiatric hospital, she gained experience with many populations and diagnoses including Anxiety, Depression, Grief, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder and Psychosis. Judith spent a year each working on the adult unit, the child and adolescent unit and the hospital’s geriatric facility. She has spent the last four years working as a therapist on an outpatient basis with clients from varied populations. Her approach to therapy is eclectic and centered on meeting the client where they are thus addressing their individual or family needs. Judith is culturally sensitive and works within the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.

Shannon Williams 

Clinical Social Worker- Intern

Shannon Williams, originally from Houston, TX, and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, holds a BA in Sociology and a Master's in Social Work from UNLV. During her academic years, Shannon worked as a CARE Advocate at the Care Center, supporting victims of interpersonal violence. Following graduating from the Social Work Program, Shannon spent three years as a School Social Worker in the Clark County School District before joining Clinical Solutions. Shannon provided vital resources and counseling services to families and children as a School Social Worker. With a strong background in addressing parent-child relationships, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, ADHD, and trauma-related issues, Shannon employs a range of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Approaches to empower individuals and improve their quality of life.

Samantha Weaver

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Samantha "Sammi" Weaver is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Master's of Science in Social Work in 2019. Her therapeutic approach is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment where all voices are heard and valued. Sammi utilizes evidence-based practices and theory, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. Sammi also specializes in experiential art therapy, where through drawing, writing, music, or other artistic methods clients may connect with and understand emotions through self-expression in a safe and imaginative space to further self-discovery and growth. Her professional background includes experience with assisting clients build self esteem, embrace body positivity, process trauma, grief/loss, and other life changes, as well as manage stress, anxiety, and depression. These therapy interventions are channeled through a trauma-informed, strengths based lens, as Sammi believes that through understanding the individual and cultivating their strengths, change is imminent and possible for anyone who dedicates themselves to it.

Zihan Gong

Clinical Professional Counselor-Intern 

Zihan received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2022 and she went on to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2025.
Zihan’s approach to counseling is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered theory, dedicated to addressing anxiety, depression, bereavement, and more. Zihan believes in the power of understanding each person’s unique experiences and fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Central to my practice is the art of active listening. Zihan prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express themselves, explore their emotions, and work through challenges.
Zihan offers bilingual services in Mandarin Chinese and English, this allows her to connect with a broader range of clients, providing culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate support. Whether clients are seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply looking to explore their thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment, she is here to help.

Valerie Fraggi is a dedicated mental health counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. She brings experience in both individual therapy and crisis intervention, having worked with clients facing severe mental health challenges, substance abuse, trauma, and houselessness.

Trained in psychodynamic theory, Valerie is skilled at helping clients explore underlying patterns, emotions, and experiences that influence their thoughts and behaviors. She takes a client-centered approach to provide individualized care, integrating evidence-based practices to support mental health and personal growth. Tailoring therapy to each person’s needs, Valerie believes increased self-awareness is the key to making lasting changes, building healthier relationships, and finding greater balance in life. Valerie is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can feel understood and make meaningful progress in their lives. Ananda Cook

Ananda Cook, born and raised in Kailua-Kona, Hawai’i, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Biology from Northern Arizona University, followed by a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Ananda integrates evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness into her therapeutic approach. She works with each client through compassion and curiosity, honoring the complexities of their relationship with their body, identity, and sense of self. Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore the emotional and cultural factors that shape their experiences, values, and self-perception. As a biracial Asian American woman, Ananda has a unique understanding of the challenges that arise from navigating multiple cultural identities. She is committed to offering support to individuals facing issues such as intergenerational expectations, cultural stigma around mental health, and the complexities of identity across cultural contexts.

Dr. Yesenia Carrillo

Yesenia Carrillo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has a Doctorate in Social Work and has been offering in-home and in-office clinical services to children, adults and families for over 10 years.  Yesenia, who is originally from Chicago, specializes in the treatment of parent-child relationship issues, ADHD across the lifespan, phase of life changes, grief and loss, various forms of trauma, management of anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder and victims and survivors of domestic violence. Yesenia has led parent coaching groups focused on positive discipline practices as well as socialization groups for young children and their families. Yesenia's treatment approaches include Humanistic, Relational, Mindfulness, Attachment-based family therapy, play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Existential therapy, which is a "positive approach that applauds human capacities and aspirations while simultaneously acknowledging human limitations".  She believes that every situation has hope for resolution and finds that the guidance and compassion that people need to form their paths enables them to be the best version of themselves.

Mercedes Seyedin

Mercedes Seyedin received a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and went on to earn her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2021. Mercedes has experience working with children, teens, and families presenting with various challenges, including complex histories of trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders, psychosis, and grief and loss. Mercedes utilizes a trauma-informed approach so as to better understand the connection between traumatic experiences and emotional, physical, and behavioral responses. Through the implementation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, Mercedes aims to empower and assist individuals as they work toward their goals and improve their quality of life.

Emily Eugenio

Clinical Social Worker -Intern

Emily Stolworthy was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She received a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work from NYU. While in New York, Emily worked at the Brooklyn Children’s Hospital and Children’s Village in Queens, specializing in care with children and adolescents. Upon returning to Vegas, Emily worked as a School Social Worker, working one on one with children with ADHD and Autism. Emily’s background has given her extensive experience with parent-child relationships, disordered eating (Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge-eating, ARFID), attachment disorders, management of anxiety and depression, development of emotional regulation, management of ADHD and trauma-related issues. Emily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systemic therapy, narrative therapy and others to help empower and assist individuals to reconnect with self and improve their quality of life.

Valeria received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2020 and she went on to earn her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2023. Valeria utilizes a number of approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with the overall goal of helping her clients gain the tools and insight needed in order to make positive, health-promoting changes in their day to day lives. Valeria has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults from diverse backgrounds and various mental health concerns. Valeria works to ensure that she tailors her approach to best fit the needs of each individual client. Valeria’s focus is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment so that her clients feel empowered and supported as they embark on journeys of self-realization, healing, and growth. Valeria is also bilingual and she is able to provide services to those with Spanish-speaking needs.

Marisa Chavez

Clinical Professional Counselor-Intern

Marisa Chavez graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from New Mexico. Marisa worked as a community support worker and provided services and assistance to underserved populations for over two years. Marisa decided her passion for providing a safe place for her clients and her supportive nature, encouraged Marisa to get her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and graduated in May of 2024. 
Marisa is empathetic, compassionate and humorous. Marisa believes the most important part of the therapeutic process is a strong rapport between the therapist and the client to ensure overall safety and success. Marisa believes in unconditional positive regard and being authentic. Marisa will use a humanistic approach that will empower the client to take control of their mental health without judgment and help them improve the client's self-awareness. Marisa has acquired training in these following areas, play therapy, grief therapy, Trauma-Informed interventions, motivational interviewing and mindfulness. 
On her days off, Marisa enjoys bird watching, being outside and taking yoga classes. Marisa looks forward on being with you during your journey of self-discovery and healing.

Lesly received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services and earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She approaches therapy through a person-centered and narrative lens, supporting clients in re-authoring their stories and reconnecting with their inner strengths. Lesly believes that each person’s life is uniquely their own and that healing begins when we honor that truth. In session, she creates a warm and collaborative space to explore what it means to live authentically and align with your core values, fostering growth, resilience, and meaningful change. She works from the belief that you are the expert in your own life, bringing curiosity, compassion, and cultural humility to the therapeutic relationship. Lesly has experience working with children, teens, and adults, and offers services in both English and Spanish. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, and relationship challenges.

 Eric Ballein is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2022.
Eric has experience working in a variety of settings, including community mental health, a specialized treatment practice, and a recovery center focused on serving veterans. These diverse environments have strengthened his ability to support individuals from many backgrounds with a wide range of concerns.
Eric has specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, social anxiety, and phobias. In addition to ERP, he integrates several therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Humanistic therapy, Existential therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Sandra Viera

Sandy Viera was born in California, raised in Colorado, and has proudly called Nevada home for the past eight years. She received her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Sandy is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings over a decade of community-based experience in domestic violence and sexual violence advocacy, crisis intervention, and direct service with women, children, and families across the Las Vegas community.
Sandy's background has given her extensive experience with trauma, domestic and sexual violence, perinatal mood concerns, parenting stress, anxiety, mood disorders, and family conflict. She works with women, children, adolescents, families, and couples, with a particular passion for those navigating motherhood and the lasting effects of trauma and violence. Sandy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-focused therapy, play therapy, sandplay, and person-centered approaches to support clients in building resilience, strengthening relationships, and moving from survival to lasting healing.
