As all of us have become aware, Coronavirus is a pandemic that has now, in one way or another, touched the lives of everyone in our world. In addition to the tragic toll that it has taken, the adjustments to our day-to-day operations have been abrupt and life changing.
Although this is an unprecedented and unpredictable time in our history, we consider mental health care to be essential and, as such, plan to remain open and available to our clients and community throughout the entirety of this crisis and, of course, far beyond.
All of us here at Clinical Solutions and the ADHD Center of Las Vegas would like you to know that the welfare and well-being of the clientele, families, and community that we serve has always been of paramount importance to us.
As such, we are taking this pandemic very seriously. Many of the practices recommended by leading national and global health protection agencies have been standard procedures in our daily operations since inception. We have made sure to increase the regularity with which we implement such practices, and have employed additional precautions currently advised by the CDC and WHO. We are committed to ensuring that we do everything we can to remain in service to you.
The following are some of the safeguards in place at this time.
We are now offering Teletherapy services in lieu of face-to-face treatment as a way to maintain a responsible health radius. Teletherapy is the use of interactive audio and video through a smart-phone or computer for therapy appointments.
We expect anyone - clients and staff alike - to stay home if they or a loved one are not feeling well or, of course, if they suspect that they have been exposed.
As the pandemic progresses, we will continue to use sensible decision making and will closely monitor developments and heed additional recommendations from the appropriate health organizations. If there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable, please do not hesitate to let us know.
